A very good gym in Bavdhan. Trainers are really good and gives attention and encouragement. Area wise there could be bigger gyms but location and quality wise this is one of the best. From my humble opinion of experience of quite a few gyms across several cities in India.

Excellent training facility, with highly experienced and informative trainers, who, unlike other commercial chain gyms, do not set you up with a regime and leave you to it. Every exercise, every form, movement carried out is explained, scrutinized and corrected, repeatedly if necessary. Gym members are not prioritized/deprioritized, based on the kind of deal made with the gym, monetarily speaking. Progress is well observed and possibility of improvement in terms of fitness and ability is always pushed, thereby keeping the motivation to workout, strong. Overall excellence of service is self-explanatory thereafter.
